Southern Linc is authorized to email your invoice to the email address provided by you and may disconnect service if you fail to provide a valid email address. To receive a paper invoice mailed to your address, you may contact the Customer Solution Center at 1-866-530-5462. Paper invoices are subject to a $7 monthly fee (for recurring paper invoices) and a $10 fee for a one-time request.

Services are provided utilizing the voice and data network ("System") of an underlying service provider ("Underlying Provider"). Coverage is not available everywhere and is subject to change. Services in some areas are managed and provided under contract by independent affiliates of the Underlying Provider with access to the System. Notwithstanding equipment's eligibility and compatibility, a unit of equipment may not work with your BusinessLinc service, or some features of the equipment may not function properly when activated with BusinessLinc and BusinessLinc may not support all features. If you deactivate your registered device enabled with MOTOTALK (or otherwise deactivate your MOTOTALK account) but wish to continue to use MOTOTALK on another device (or account), contact Southern Linc Customer Support or an authorized dealer in advance to register; failure to do so may result in termination of the application and/or an additional MOTOTALK fee to register a new device.Limitations

Unlimited Services associated with service plans are subject to permissible usage in accordance with the Southern Linc acceptable use policy. Unlimited Services associated with regional service plans are only available within the Southern Linc Regional Service Area and are subject to permissible usage in accordance with Southern Linc' acceptable use policy.
Unlimited Picture Messaging is available in the Southern Linc Service Area. Subject to permissible usage in accordance with the Southern Linc Acceptable Use Policy. Service requires a Southern Linc So Easy service plan. Service is subject to all terms and conditions on the customer agreement. Unlimited Picture Messaging may not be available on all phone models; call Customer Support at 1-800-818-LINC to verify if your phone is compatible. Unlimited Picture Messaging is included in the So Easy Unlimited and So Easy Unlimited Plus and So Simple 2-year plans. Picture messaging on DataPlus plans requires a 2G/3G data network. After monthy data allowance is met, service will not be available until the next billing cycle. Taxes, fees and surcharges may apply.
Unlimited services are subject to permissible usage in accordance with Southern Linc acceptable use policy. Services are only available within the Southern Linc Regional Service Area. Roaming outside the Southern Linc Service Area is not available. A 1-year service agreement or qualified contract extension is required. A smartphone requires Data service for the length of the service agreement or qualified contract extension. Mobile to Mobile Cellular Minutes are used when a call is placed from one Southern Linc phone number to another Southern Linc phone number within the Southern Linc Regional Service Area. Nationwide Long Distance applies to calls which are originated inside the Southern Linc Regional Service Area and terminated in the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada. Nationwide Long Distance minutes are deducted from Regional Shared Cellular Minutes. Regional Shared Cellular Minutes will be shared among subscribers on the So Easy 300, 450 and 750 plans. Regional Shared Cellular Minutes will be shared on a master account among subscribers on the So Simple 500 plan. Unused monthly plan minutes do not carry forward. Additional Regional Shared Cellular Minutes are $0.40 per minute. A Regional Shared Cellular Package can be added to the So Simple and So Easy Regional Plans. Regional Shared Cellular Package minutes will be shared among subscribers on the same Master Account. Only one Regional Shared Cellular Package per Master Account. Plan minutes will be used before minutes from the Regional Shared Cellular Packages. Unused Regional Shared Cellular Package minutes do not carry forward. Additional Regional Shared Cellular Package Minutes are $0.40 per minute. Within a coverage area, several factors may affect or interfere with your service, such as: network changes, traffic volume, service outages, obstructions, your equipment, weather and other conditions. Customer can receive a $5 bill credit by adding a valid email address to their Southern Linc account information. To obtain the bill credit, a Customer must provide his/her email address by calling the Customer Solution Center (1-800-818-5462) or by visiting www.southernlinc.com/email and adding the email address online. A $5 Courtesy Bill Credit will be applied upon validation of email address. Credit will be applied within 30 days of email validation. This offer is available through December 31, 2016. Southern Linc reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time.
Suspension; Deactivation; Reactivation Fees. If you fail to maintain sufficient funds in your account or if your account is inactive for 60 days, then we may suspend your use of the Services. If your prepaid account has insufficient funds and you replenish your prepaid account and pay all outstanding fees within 60 days of such insufficient balance, then we will reactivate your Services within 48 hours. Your prepaid account will expire and be deactivated if your prepaid account maintains an insufficient balance for more than 60 days or if your prepaid account is inactive for more than 120 days ("Deactivation for Inactivity"). For purposes of this section, "inactive" means no usage on your prepaid account or no replenishment of your prepaid account. You will lose your unused account balance and cellular and Push To Talk Numbers if your prepaid account expires. If we deactivate your prepaid account, then you must pay another activation fee, in addition to any other outstanding fees, before we will reinstate Service(s). We reserve the right to modify the terms of service as a precondition to reactivating the Service.
