Who will take care of the CriticalLinc network during this crisis?

Southern Linc’s network engineering team continues to actively monitor, manage and even conduct proactive maintenance on the CriticalLinc™ network. Our team can manage the network from our core data centers, cell sites, and remotely. At this time, we are reducing the size of our onsite core network management team to protect their health. Our remote management team working along with our onsite staff can fully support the operation of CriticalLinc network. Our ability to provide mission-critical wireless service to you remains unchanged, and we are prepared to respond to storms and emergencies.

Who can I talk to if I need to add more phones for my emergency teams?

If you are an existing Southern Linc customer, please reach out to your Market Sales Executive for assistance in obtaining additional units for your team. They can talk with you about the safest way to get the equipment you need to a location that is receiving packages for your company.

What if I have a problem with my equipment?

If you experience any problems with your Sonim phone, please call our Customer Solutions Center at 1-800-818-5462. A technical support representative will work with you to diagnose your issue and determine if you need a replacement unit.

Who do I call if I have an issue with my service?

If you experience any service issues, please call our Customer Solutions Center at 1-800-818-5462. Please try to provide as much detail as you can about the location, time and nature of your issue so we can investigate your issue with our network team.

What happens if I don’t have access to my bill?

When your normal payment date arrives and you are confined to a location that does not receive your Southern Linc bill, please call our Customer Solutions team to discuss your options. In some cases, you may be eligible to sign up for Online Bill View and Payment service. You can be given instructions on how to mail your payment to our billing address as well.
