Service Terms -- Applies to all Rate Plans

Activation fee may apply. Up to $200 early termination fee may apply. On January 1, 2010, SouthernLINC Wireless implemented a declining balance Early Termination Fee structure. This declining Early Termination Fee only applies to new lines of service and to existing commercial customers who extend their service agreements after January 1, 2010. For more information regarding Early Termination Fee, call SouthernLINC Wireless Customer Support at 1-800-818-LINC (5462). Taxes, fees and surcharges may apply, including but not limited to, universal service, cost recovery and E911 fees. A Smartphone requires data service for the length of the service agreement or qualified contract extension. If you do not subscribe to a data package, data usage rounded up to the next kilobyte will be billed at $0.02 per kilobyte sent or received except on the So Easy Service Plans (see So Easy Plans below for details). Subject to credit approval, customer agreements and certain restrictions. Additional terms and conditions may apply, that include, but not limited to, customer agreements. The rates, plans, services, equipment, prices fees and promotions set forth herein are subject to change.
 

Downloads Package Offer

Offer ends August 19, 2014. Offer is valid for a download of Get the Cookies game, Country Ringtone or Football Stadium wallpaper on a SouthernLINC Wireless feature phone with data service. Data rates apply. Not all SouthernLINC Wireless feature phones with data service may be download compatible. SouthernLINC Wireless does not warrant that any of the content, including, but not limited to downloads, will meet your requirements or that the content will be uninterrupted, timely, appropriate or free of errors or inaccuracies. Please review content and use at your own risk. SouthernLINC Wireless reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel offers at any time. Two Months Free Service Access Fee Offer

Offer is available April 1 through September 30, 2014. Two months free service access fee requires a new line of service with a 2-year agreement on a commercial So Easy or Data Plus Plan. Existing Customers are not eligible for this offer unless they are adding a new line of service (changing or renewing a service plan does not qualify). Offer is subject to all terms and conditions on the customer agreement and credit approval. This offer cannot be combined with any other service access fee offer.

Two months service access fee will be provided via a bill credit. The bill credit will be applied to your next bill depending the new line of service activation date and your next billing cycle. Service credit has no cash value.

If your new 2-year service agreement is terminated or you change to a non-qualifying plan within the first 12 months, then the bill credit received is subject to reversal. Bill credit reversal will occur on your next bill, depending on the date of termination or change and your account billing cycle.

The following charges are not included in the free service access fee offer: value added services, miscellaneous charges, overages, adjustments, any balance before current charges, late fees, other fees, taxes, surcharges or equipment on the customer's bill. Offer not valid on prepaid phones or prepaid services. SouthernLINC Wireless reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel offers at any time.

A $35 activation fee per line applies. A $35 activation fee for four or more lines is waived provided all lines are on the same order on the same day. Up to $200 early termination fee per line applies. Services are subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with the SouthernLINC Wireless acceptable use policy. Coverage may not be available everywhere and is subject to change. Additional taxes, fees and surcharges may apply.

Rebate Terms and Conditions

Offer valid for purchases made between June 4, 2014, and September 30, 2014, or while supplies last. The purchase date on your sales receipt/invoice must be dated between June 4, 2014, and September 30, 2014.

Rebate forms must be postmarked no later than October 30, 2014. Any requests postmarked after applicable dates will be denied.

  1. Offer valid only with the purchase and activation of a new SouthernLINC Wireless phone (Unit) with a 2-year customer agreement or 2-year contract extension with SouthernLINC Wireless and activation of a qualifying plan. The qualifying plans for the Motorola XT626 and MOTOROLA i867 phone must include unlimited data. A smartphone requires data service for the length of the service agreement or qualified contract extension. Additional terms may apply for equipment upgrade eligibility. Early termination fees may apply. Excluded voice plans for the Motorola XT626 and Motorola i867 are So Easy Push To Talk Add On plan, Push To Talk Private Radio plan, LifeLine Call Manager, Budget Manager 500, all Public Sector plans, all Affiliate plans and all Prepaid plans.
  2. The Unit must be purchased from a SouthernLINC Wireless sales representative, retail store, online or authorized dealer.
  3. Limit one rebate per purchase and per wireless number and activation or qualified contract extension of a SouthernLINC Wireless-marketed phone. If requesting more than one rebate, you must complete a separate rebate form for each request.
  4. Offer not valid on refurbished, repaired or replacement devices.
  5. Service activation requires standard credit approval.
  6. Purchased Unit must remain activated and account must be current to qualify for offer, and must be active on the qualified voice plan and, if applicable, data service at the time your request is processed to be eligible.
  7. Rebate submission must include this rebate form completed in its entirety, original product label which includes the Motorola model and serial number, and legible photocopy of the original purchase receipt, or information submitted will be void. Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the product label will not be accepted. The purchase receipt must clearly show the purchase date and purchase price. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be denied.
  8. Valid only in the United States. Rebate recipient must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older.
  9. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law and is non-transferable.
  10. All materials received will become the property of SouthernLINC Wireless and will not be returned.
  11. This offer form has no cash value.
  12. Rebate payment will be mailed within 12 weeks from the time your accurate and complete rebate request and accompanying materials are received by SouthernLINC Wireless.
  13. Payment will be addressed to account holder and will be mailed to your current SouthernLINC Wireless billing address. Payment may be in the form of an American Express Reward Card.
  14. Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses, and PO boxes to obtain additional rebates may constitute fraud, violate federal or state laws and may result in prosecution, imprisonment, and/or fine under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Section 1341 & 1342). Rebate payable in U.S. Dollars for U.S. residents only. If your rebate payment is greater than $5.00, you will receive an American Express Reward Card and card holder agreement, issued by AEPCMC under license from American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. Cards may be used at merchants in the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands that accept American Express Cards. This card cannot be used at cruise lines, for recurring billing charges, at casinos or ATMs. Card subject to applicable law, a $2.00 Monthly Service Fee applies but is waived for the initial 5 months after receipt by cardholder.   15. SouthernLINC Wireless is not responsible for lost, destroyed, misdirected, postage-due or delayed mail, or for any incorrect information provided by you to SouthernLINC Wireless.
  16. This offer may not be combined with any other rebates, coupons or discounts. SouthernLINC Wireless reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel offers at any time.

MOTOTALK Terms of Use

The MOTOTALK application enables you to make Push to Talk (PTT) calls to compatible iDEN PTT phones and to active, registered MOTOTALK subscribers on certain eligible non-iDEN phones, subject to the following Terms of Use of SouthernLINC Wireless (referred to as "we").

Features

MOTOTALK supports the following Push To Talk features: sending call alerts, making private calls (compatible iDEN and MOTOTALK only), and making Talkgroup calls (up to 60 participants).

Motorola Terms and Conditions

MOTOTALK is a product of Motorola Mobility, Inc. ("Motorola"). Your use of MOTOTALK is pursuant to a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license and is subject to Motorola's privacy policy and Terms and Conditions at http://www.motorola.com/hc/apps/mototalk/10/en-US/eula.html, which may be amended periodically by Motorola. You agree that you have read and will comply with Motorola's Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not set up or use MOTOTALK. SouthernLINC Wireless has no control over Motorola's Terms and Conditions.

Agreement; Effect of Activation

By activating or using MOTOTALK on your device, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms of Use and Motorola's Terms of Use, and that you accept and agree to be bound by both. You also acknowledge and agree that you are 18 years of age or older and that all of the users of your MOTOTALK account are 16 years of age or older.

Fees

Payment of a monthly fee is required per each registered MOTOTALK application per device . The MOTOTALK fee per device is separate and in can be in addition to your regular plan charges.

Changing Devices

If you deactivate your registered device enabled with MOTOTALK (or otherwise deactivate your MOTOTALK account) but wish to continue to use MOTOTALK on another device (or account), contact SouthernLINC Customer Support or an authorized dealer in advance to register; failure to do so may result in termination of the application and/or an additional MOTOTALK fee to register a new device.

Limitations

MOTOTALK will only function if you are connected to a third party 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi network. MOTOTALK will not function if you are only connected to SouthernLINC Wireless' network.

Device Compatibility and Eligibility

MOTOTALK only functions on certain devices and operating systems. Contact Customer Support, your sales representative or an authorized dealer for help with supported devices and operating systems or if MOTOTALK does not function on your device. You acknowledge that future operating system upgrades to your device may or may not be compatible with MOTOTALK. No Warranties

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF MOTOTALK WILL MEET YOUR PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE USE OR RESULTS OF USE IN TERMS OF SECURITY, DATA PRIVACY, DATA LOSS, CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. WE WILL NOT CORRECT ANY ERRORS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF MOTOTALK. You assume all risks as to the quality and performance of MOTOTALK, including but not limited to health risks. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE YOU CAUSE TO YOURSELF, OR OTHERS, BY YOUR USE OF MOTOTALK.

MOTOTALK IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS-IS," AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO STATEMENTS FROM SOUTHERNLINC WIRELESS OR ITS EMPLOYEES, DEALERS OR AGENTS MAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THE ABOVE WARRANTIES OR CREATE ANY NEW WARRANTIES. Additional Terms

Use of MOTOTALK is subject to the terms set forth herein and, in the case of users with a voice or PTT rate plan with SouthernLINC Wireless, your Customer Agreement that governs your master account.. You may not use MOTOTALK in any manner that would violate the Acceptable Use Policy at http://www.southernlinc.com/privacy/acceptable-use-policy.aspx. We may amend these Terms of Use; please review these Terms of Use regularly. In the event of conflict, these Terms of Use will prevail with regard to MOTOTALK only.

Term/Termination

Your MOTOTALK plan will renew for successive one-month terms unless either we or you terminate this plan by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the monthly fee will not be prorated. We may terminate your MOTOTALK plan at any time without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use or Motorola's Terms and Conditions. Your ability to use MOTOTALK will terminate upon deactivation of the registered device (or subaccount), non-payment of the monthly fee, Motorola's termination of the application, or termination of your SouthernLINC Wireless Service.

IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, IF ANY OF YOUR SUBACCOUNT USERS ARE NOT AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE, OR IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR SUBACCOUNT USERS ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY THE SOUTHERNLINC WIRELESS TERMS OF USE AND THE MOTOROLA TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN DO NOT PROCEED TO ENROLL, ACTIVATE OR USE MOTOTALKREFRAIN FROM ACCESSING OR USING MOTOTALK. CONTACT SOUTHERNLINC WIRELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT IMMEDIATELY FOR A REFUND AND TO COMMENCE DEACTIVATION.

Use of Unlimited Services and Acceptable Usage Allowance

Unlimited Services associated with the So Easy Plans are subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with the SouthernLINC Wireless acceptable use policy. Unlimited Services associated with all other service plans are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area and are subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy. Data service usage allowance should not exceed 2 GB per line per month.
 

Unlimited Picture Messaging - Non So Easy Plans

Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with the SouthernLINC Wireless Acceptable Use Policy. Service requires a SouthernLINC Wireless service plan. Subject to all terms and conditions on the customer agreement. Unlimited Picture Messaging may not be available on all phone models; call Customer Support at 1-800-818-LINC to verify if your phone is compatible. Unlimited Picture Messaging is included in the Unlimited Cellular Advantage and Prepaid Unlimited Monthly plans. Unlimited Picture Messaging can not be added to Budget Manager or Lifeline plans. Unlimited Picture Messaging - So Easy Plans

Unlimited Picture Messaging is available in the SouthernLINC Wireless Service Area. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with the SouthernLINC Wireless Acceptable Use Policy. Service requires a SouthernLINC Wireless So Easy service plan. Service is subject to all terms and conditions on the customer agreement. Unlimited Picture Messaging may not be available on all phone models; call Customer Support at 1-800-818-LINC to verify if your phone is compatible. Unlimited Picture Messaging is included in the So Easy Unlimited and So Easy Unlimited Plus plans. Standard text messaging rates may apply. Taxes, fees and surcharges may apply.
 

Data Plus Plans

Data Plus plans require a SouthernLINC Wireless smartphone with two SIM cards. A cell phone number, text message account and voice mail account is required for each SIM card, unless otherwise provided. A smartphone requires data service for the length of the service agreement or qualified contract extension. A 1- or 2-year service agreement or qualified contract extension is required. A $35 activation fee is applied to only the first three lines of service on a multi-line activation provided lines are submitted in a single order. Up to $200 early termination fee per line applies. Additional taxes, fees and surcharges may apply. Regional Services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Within all coverage areas, several factors may affect or interfere with your service, such as: network changes, traffic volume, service outages, obstructions, your equipment, weather and other conditions. Coverage is not available everywhere; visit southernlinc.com/coverage. 2G/3G Data is data usage on a non-iDEN network. Once 2G/3G monthly data allowance is met, (500 MB, 2 GB or 4 GB depending on the plan), additional data usage will not be available. 2G/3G Data access will be restored at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Unused monthly 2G/3G Data does not carry forward to the next billing cycle. Data usage is rounded up to the next megabyte. Regional iDEN Data is available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Regional iDEN Data usage does not apply to the 2G/3G data allowance. Nationwide Private and Group Push To Talk are provided via MOTOTALK™. MOTOTALK requires 3G or Wi-Fi network connectivity. After 2G/3G monthly data allowance is met, services via MOTOTALK may only be available via a Wi-Fi network. Regional iDEN Private and Group Push To Talk services are available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. MOTOTALK™ terms of use apply; visit southernlinc.com/promodetails. SouthernLINC Wireless does not provide Wi-Fi. Nationwide Picture Messaging requires a 2G/3G data network. After 2G/3G monthly data allowance is met, service will not be available until the next billing cycle.

Regional Cellular Minutes are from call origination location within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Partial minutes of use are rounded up to the next minute. Unused monthly plan minutes do not carry forward. Regional Night Minutes are defined as 9:00 PM to 6:59 AM Monday - Thursday from call origination location within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Regional Weekend Minutes are defined as 9:00 PM Friday to 6:59 AM Monday from call origination location within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Regional Mobile to Mobile Cellular Minutes are used when a call is placed from one SouthernLINC Wireless regional phone number to another SouthernLINC Wireless regional phone number within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Long Distance on the iDEN network applies to calls which are originated in the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area and terminated in the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada. Long Distance on the 2G/3G network applies to calls which are originated in the 2G/3G coverage area and terminated in the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Dominican Republic. Voice Mail, Caller ID, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting and Call Hold are nationwide services. 3-Way Calling is only available in the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area.
 

So Easy Regional Service Plans

Unlimited services are subject to permissible usage allowances; visit southernlinc.com/promodetails. Services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Roaming outside the SouthernLINC Wireless Service Area is not available. A 1- or 2-year service agreement or qualified contract extension is required. A smartphone requires Data service for the length of the service agreement or qualified contract extension. Data service usage allowance should not exceed 2 GB per line per month. A $35 activation fee is applied to only the first three lines of service on a multi-line activation provided lines are submitted in a single order. Up to $200 early termination fee per line applies. Additional taxes, fees and surcharges may apply. Partial minutes of use are rounded up to the next minute. Unused monthly plan minutes do not carry forward. Nights are defined as 9:00 PM to 6:59 AM Monday - Thursday from call origination location and Weekends are defined as 9:00 PM Friday to 6:59 AM Monday from call origination location. Nationwide Long Distance applies to calls which are originated inside the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area and terminated in the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada. Nationwide Long Distance minutes are deducted from Regional Shared Cellular Minutes. Regional Shared Cellular Minutes will be shared among subscribers on the So Easy 300, 450 and 750 plans. Unused monthly plan minutes do not carry forward. Additional Regional Shared Cellular Minutes are $0.40 per minute. A Regional Shared Cellular Package can be added to the So Easy Regional Plans. Regional Shared Cellular Package minutes will be shared among subscribers on the same Master Account. Only one Regional Shared Cellular Package per Master Account. Plan minutes will be used before minutes from the Regional Shared Cellular Packages. Unused Regional Shared Cellular Package minutes do not carry forward. Additional Regional Shared Cellular Package Minutes are $0.40 per minute. So Easy Push To Talk Add-On Plan

So Easy Push To Talk Add-On Plan must be a new line of service and can only be added to a So Easy Regional Share Plan. Offer ends September 30, 2014.

Anytime Cellular Minutes include calls that originate and terminate within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Additional Anytime Cellular Minutes are $0.45 per minute. Roaming is $0.45 per minute. Additional Text Messaging is $0.20 per message. Push To Talk & Text Unlimited plan's Long Distance is $0.20 per minute. Push To Talk & Talk 300 plan's additional Push To Talk minutes are $0.10 per minute. Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy. PowerTALK Plans

Maximum monthly plan is $99.99. Two-year contract required for PowerTALK 300 and PowerTALK 500. One-year contract required for all other PowerTALK Service Plans. Anytime Cellular Minutes include calls that originate and terminate within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. A $35 activation fee and $200 early termination fee apply. Roaming is $.40/minute. Additional Anytime Cellular Minutes are $.40/minute. Text Messaging charges are for Incoming and Outgoing Text Messaging. Taxes not included. Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy. Additional fees may apply.
 

Family Plans

Two-year contract required on all plans. A $35 activation fee is applied to only the first three lines of service on a multi-line activation provided lines are submitted in a single order. $200 per line early termination fee applies. No more than one Family Plan 1000 or Family Plan1400 base plan per master account. Additional Anytime Cellular Minutes will be $0.40 per minute. SouthernLINC Wireless Cellular Phone Roaming is $0.40 per minute. Additional text messages are $0.15 per message. Taxes and surcharges not included. Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Long Distance applies to calls which are initiated inside of the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area and terminated in the United States or Canada. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy.
 

Budget Manager Plan

One-year contract required. Anytime Cellular Calling Limit of 500 minutes per month applies. $35 activation fee and $200 early termination fee may apply. Subject to credit approval. Automatic Payment Program may be required for Budget Manger Plan and all lines of service on the same master account. Maximum of three lines of service with the Budget Manager Plan can be added to the same master account. Payment will be deducted monthly from your bank account or credit card. Termination of service may occur immediately without notice for non-payment through the Automatic Payment Program. Taxes not included. Anytime Cellular Minutes include calls that originate within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Long Distance applies to calls which are initiated inside of the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area and terminated in the United States or Canada. Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Hold, 3-Way Calling and Voice Mail services are available as long as Anytime Cellular Minutes remain. Roaming outside the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area is not available. Directory Assistance, data plans, access to downloads, other features and services are not available with this plan. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy.
 

Unlimited Cellular Plans

Unlimited cellular minutes includes calls that originate and terminate within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Long Distance or Roaming charges may apply for calls outside the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Two-year service agreement or contract extension for qualified customers. Usage rounded to next full minute. Subject to credit approval, customer agreement, certain restrictions and permissible usage allowances in accordance with SouthernLINC Wireless' acceptable use policy.
 

Applies to All Prepaid Plans

Suspension; Deactivation; Reactivation Fees. If you fail to maintain sufficient funds in your account or if your account is inactive for 60 days, then we may suspend your use of the Services. If your prepaid account has insufficient funds and you replenish your prepaid account and pay all outstanding fees within 60 days of such insufficient balance, then we will reactivate your Services within 48 hours. Your prepaid account will expire and be deactivated if your prepaid account maintains an insufficient balance for more than 60 days or if your prepaid account is inactive for more than 120 days ("Deactivation for Inactivity"). For purposes of this section, "inactive" means no usage on your prepaid account or no replenishment of your prepaid account. You will lose your unused account balance and cellular and Push To Talk Numbers if your prepaid account expires. If we deactivate your prepaid account, then you must pay another activation fee, in addition to any other outstanding fees, before we will reinstate Service(s). We reserve the right to modify the terms of service as a precondition to reactivating the Service.

Prepaid Unlimited Monthly Plan

Prepaid terms of service apply. Unlimited services are only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with the SouthernLINC Wireless acceptable use policy. Customer's cellular phone must be compatible with the SouthernLINC Wireless network. You must pay in advance for prepaid service by purchasing prepaid service in certain designated dollar values or in accordance with the plan. Other than calls to 611, 911, #ADD or #BAL, you can only use the prepaid service when your account has a positive balance or has been prepaid in accordance with monthly plan. Cost for directory assistance, digital content and downloads is not included. Taxes, fees and surcharges not included. Long Distance includes calls which terminate inside the United States and Canada. Roaming outside of the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area is not available.
 

Prepaid Unlimited Daily Plan

Unlimited services only available within the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area. Subject to permissible usage allowances in accordance with the SouthernLINC Wireless acceptable use policy. Customer's cellular phone must be compatible with the SouthernLINC Wireless network. A Prepaid Agreement is required. Starter fee and positive balance required. The $2.50 daily fee is only assessed on the days you send or receive Push To Talk or cellular calls or text messages. Taxes not included. You must maintain a positive prepaid balance in order for your prepaid service to remain active. Cost for directory assistance, digital content and downloads not included. Long Distance includes calls which terminate inside the United States and Canada. Roaming outside of the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Service Area is not available.
 

Prepaid Daily Plan

A one-time starter fee and positive prepaid balance required. $1.25 daily fee is only accessed on the days you Push to Talk. $0.10/minute for all cellular airtime. Airtime rounded to next full minute. Subject to additional terms and conditions. You must maintain a positive Prepaid balance in order for your Prepaid service to remain active. Costs for digital content and downloads not included. Long Distance includes calls which terminate inside the United States and Canada.
