Customer Solutions

Our Customer Solutions team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM CST. Our after-hours message center will take your call when Customer Solutions is not actively answering calls.

Customer Solutions can help you: understand your bill, change a service plan, connect to the Customer Portal, or purchase equipment and accessories. They can also connect you with a Southern Linc sales representative in your area if you'd like to visit a store or authorized dealer location.
